Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the extent of the performance of female employees in the Service Technical Implementation Unit. Irrigation of Bekri, Central Lampung district in terms of field activities to improve gender mainstreaming. According to the method, this research is classified as a descriptive research design with a descriptive qualitative design. The researcher intends to explain and explain the obstacles that exist in the field activities of the Bekri Irrigation Agency Technical Implementation Unit related to the performance of female employees and efforts to improve gender mainstreaming in the Implementing Unit. Bekri Irrigation Service technicalities in 2019. The subjects in this study were female employees in the Bekri Irrigation Service Technical Implementation Unit itself. The data collection method is by observation and interview, documentation, and literature study. For the data validity checking technique, this research uses the triangulation technique, while the data analysis is through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study were the finding of job gaps between male and female employees in the field activities of the Bekri Irrigation Agency Technical Implementation Unit. Female employees of the Bekri Irrigation Service's Technical Implementing Unit have never been directly involved in field activities of the Bekri Irrigation Service's Technical Implementing Unit. The Head of the Bekri Irrigation Service Technical Implementation Unit considers that the work in the field is heavy and has high risk so that he considers female employees to be unable to carry out technical duties so that female employee in the Bekri Irrigation Service Technical Implementation Unit is only assigned to office administrative matters. Whereas the aim of holding gender mainstreaming itself is to eliminate and eliminate gender issues and work disparities in the irrigation sector in the activities of the Bekri Irrigation Service Technical Implementing Unit. The conclusion of this research is the performance of female employees of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Bekri Central Lampung Irrigation Service in terms of completing office administration and staffing work well, being quite punctual in the process, and able to carry out their duties with full responsibility but for the technical field, female employees in the Implementing Unit Bekri Irrigation Agency technical is blind about the work in the field Keywords: performance, female employees, gender mainstreaming

Abstract

The research objective in this thesis is to examine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the Performance of the Lampung Regional Police HR Bureau members. This study used a population research method with a total of 51 respondents. The analysis is used using quantitative analysis and data processing using the SPSS program. The results showed that work motivation affects the Performance of the members with an influence contribution of 84.3%. Furthermore, Work Discipline also affects the Performance of members with an influence contribution of 87%. Taken together, there is an influence between Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Member performance. The amount of influence of the two variables X1 and X2 on Y is 89.7%, the remaining 10.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

. This study aims to examine the effect of incentives and leadership on employee performance at the Department of Food Security, Food Crops and Horticulture, Lampung Province. This study uses a sampling research method with the number of respondents as many as 88 employees. The analysis used quantitative analysis and data processing using SPSS program. The results showed that incentives have a positive effect on employee performance with a contribution of 47.1% influence. Furthermore, leadership also has a positive effect on employee performance with an influence contribution of 44.3%. Regression test shows that together there is a positive influence between incentives and leadership on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of the two variables X1 and X2 on Y is 56.7%, the remaining 43.3% is influenced by other variables outside.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and work motivation on performance. The Hypothesis in this study is that incentives and work motivation are either partially or simultaneously on performance. The sample used in this study amounted to 36 employees. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis method used a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS version 21.0 statistical tools, including the calculation of the validity test, reliability test, regression test, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test.The results of testing the Hypothesis of the effect of incentives on performance partially show that incentives positively affect performance with a contribution of 50.6%. The implication that can be conveyed is that the policy of providing incentives at the Regional Technical Service Unit for Regional Revenue Management Region IV Bandar Jaya needs to be reviewed because so far it has not fulfilled the element of justice; giving awards to employees such as the coronation of "achievement employees" which is held every certain period; it is necessary to apply a “Reward and Punishment” system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of communication on employee performance and the effect of work discipline on employees and want to know the effect of communication and work discipline together on the performance of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Way Kanan Regency. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires/questionnaires to 35 respondents using the SPSS program. The study results show the following: that Communication (X1) affects the performance of employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Way Kanan Regency by 82.20% while Work Discipline (X2) affects employee performance by 84.30%. Furthermore, Communication (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together affect the Performance of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Way Kanan Regency employees by 86.90%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pesawaran Regency. The type of research used in this study is an explanatory research model. This study used 27 research respondents. There are three variables in this study, namely: 2 (two) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) dependent variable where organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) are independent variables and employee performance (Y) is the dependent variable. . Based on data analysis, it has been found that the answers to the hypothesis are as follows; There is an influence of organizational culture (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence of 46.2%. There is an effect of work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with an influence level of 13.6%. There is an influence of organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) together on employee performance (Y) with an influence level of 55.4%.
